Guess what? We are in the 6th month of the year πŸ“… and fast approaching the mid-year mark on July 1st. Now is the perfect time to dive into your reflection practice!

Reflection is intentional, deep consideration and analysis of an experience in order to gain wisdom.

16 Benefits of Reflecting on Your Experiences

  1. Reduces stress
  2. Cultivates focus and mindfulness
  3. Enhances learning
  4. Improves decision-making
  5. Fosters self-awareness
  6. Increases confidence
  7. Strengthens connections
  8. Cultivates self-acceptance and self-love
  9. More emotional resilience

Look back at where you were at the beginning of 2025. What has changed since then? Which relationships, projects, purchases, and habits have been life-giving? Which have been life-depleting? How has your wellness changed over time? Make sure to record your reflections via writing, audio, video, or even making art. That way you can clearly see the bigger patterns in your life and discern your current trajectory. Don't like where you are heading? The sooner you know that the sooner you can change course!

Know from whence you came. If you know whence you came, there are absolutely no limitations to where you can go.

This Month's Theme: πŸ“– Reflect on Your Experiences

Reflect on Your Experiences is the aspect of the SEEKER Method that the Seek Together community will explore this month. Through responding to the daily reflection questions, participating in the Theme Thursdays group coaching, and reflecting with their spiritual siblings we will do a deep dive into this topic. Here's some reflecting on reflecting questions you can use on your own:

  1. How would you rate on a scale of 1-5 how frequently you intentionally reflect on your experiences?
  2. How have you benefited from reflection?​
  3. Why is reflection important to you?
  4. What is your biggest barrier to reflecting on your experiences?
  5. What most helps you with reflection?
